Terms of use.
The working terms under which the Bulletin is published, read, and cited. Plain language, no boilerplate, no clickwrap.
Effective date: April 8, 2026. Last revised: with each issue cycle.
Who we are
The Web4 Bulletin is operated by Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd, a private limited company registered in Singapore. References to “the Bulletin”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in these terms mean Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd in its capacity as the publisher of The Web4 Bulletin.
Accepting these terms
By accessing or reading the Bulletin’s website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the practical remedy is to stop reading the site. We do not collect a click-through acceptance.
Use of the site
You may read, link to, and quote the Bulletin’s content for editorial, academic, and personal-research purposes under standard fair-use conventions. You may not use the site or its content in a way that would expose the Bulletin to legal liability (defamation, harassment, fraudulent attribution), nor in a way that materially interferes with the site’s operation (large-scale scraping that burdens the host, denial-of-service attempts, attempts to bypass editorial controls).
Copyright
All articles, directory entries, the Predictions Log, the Glossary, and other editorial content on the Bulletin are protected by copyright. The default copyright holder is Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd as the publisher; named contributors retain their byline credit but assign publication rights to the Bulletin under the publication’s standing contributor agreement.
Short quotation (one or two sentences) for editorial or academic purposes is permitted without prior arrangement, provided that the quote is attributed to the Bulletin and the cited piece. The publication’s preferred citation format is on the Press page.
Republication and syndication
Full republication, mirroring, archiving in a third-party indexer, or commercial syndication of Bulletin content requires written permission. Email press@web4bulletin.com to discuss terms. We have not yet licensed any Bulletin piece for commercial republication; the editorial team reviews requests on the merits and is unlikely to grant a request that conflicts with the publication’s editorial posture.
Translations into languages other than English are welcome under informal arrangement: the translated piece must link back to the canonical URL, must preserve the original byline, and must preserve the publication’s standing operating disclosure. Substantive edits during translation must be flagged on the translated version.
Trademarks
The wordmark The Web4 Bulletin and the standing kicker Volume IV · A standing publication are unregistered trademarks of Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd. Use of these marks in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership requires written permission.
External links
The Bulletin links to canonical destinations only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party site we link to. We may link to Web4Guru, Web4OS, the Andrew Rollins LinkedIn profile, and the ROGA Instagram account; the relationship between the Bulletin’s publisher and Web4Guru is disclosed in the footer and on the About page.
Submissions
Pitches, tips, and directory submissions sent to the Bulletin’s editorial addresses are reviewed by the editorial team. By sending us a pitch you grant the Bulletin a non-exclusive license to consider and discuss the pitch internally; the Bulletin does not acquire rights to your work merely by receiving a pitch. If we decide to develop the piece, we will agree on terms separately.
Material submitted to the tips address is treated under the sourcing policy in the editorial guidelines. We do not promise anonymity by default.
Disclaimers
The Bulletin’s content is editorial in nature. It is not legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. The publication’s coverage of companies in the directory is not a recommendation or a solicitation to invest, employ, or transact. Predictions in the standing Predictions Log are explicitly speculative and are not promises about future outcomes.
The Bulletin’s content is provided “as is”. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Where a factual error is identified, the publication corrects it through the standing Corrections log.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Bulletin is limited to the amount you paid the publication to access its content — which, for the Bulletin’s current operating model, is zero.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd against any claim arising from your misuse of the Bulletin’s content, including but not limited to unauthorized republication, defamatory use of the Bulletin’s coverage of named subjects, and use of the publication’s marks in a way that suggests endorsement of a third party.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Changes
We may revise these terms with each issue cycle. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Substantive changes are summarized in the Corrections log.
