    Vol. IV · No. 01 · 2026-04-08

The Bulletin opens Vol. IV with Aksoy's cornerstone essay on what Web4 is, Halloran's first comparative piece on Web3 vs Web4, and the standing directory in its first published form. The cadence we are aiming at is one new issue every two to three weeks; the inaugural letter explains the choice of standing-publication framing.

Older issues are reconstructed in the archive on a piece-by-piece basis.
